 As a doula, I honor the physiological process of birth and use a holistic approach to guide and support the families I work with. My goal is to support you in having the birth that aligns with your desires. 

Birthing Out Loud was created with the idea that birth should be talked about, celebrated, and normalized. 

I  support the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of mama, her partner, and their baby. The care I provide is personalized and tailored to the unique needs and preferences of each family.

My mission is to empower birthing women to make their own informed decisions so they can have a positive birthing experience.
